We chose this hotel because we wanted to combine a beach and city stay. The location is perfect for both. A 2 min walk to an amazing beach and the bus stops right outside, so it's easy to go into Palma. The hotel breakfast is lovely and we ate there at lunchtime. The food was great. The drinks menu was extensive and very good value compared to other areas in Mallorca. The hotel staff are all lovely. There's a lovely strip of restaurants along the beach front and a tourist train if you want to head further along the coast. This is good fun and you see some sights 🤦🤣. The pool area is fantastic, one of the best we have been to. Lovely pool bar too. The rooms are a little tired, but they are clean and the beds are really comfy with lovely balconies. So, don't let that put you off. We paid 10 euros at reception for a kettle. Excellent value . We would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel excellent. The first good thing is the location - just a few minutes walk from the beach and right opposite a bus stop, which is useful if you rely on public transport to travel to Palma and to the airport. We opted for a sea facing room and the view was really good. We had breakfast everyday in the hotel and was impressed by the variety and live counters providing omelettes, pancakes etc. We had dinner one day and also found it excellent with different options and tasted really good too. The rooms were cleaned pretty much everyday. The pool, and the overall facilities offered a calm atmosphere for a very relaxing stay and I'd recommend this to anyone coming to Palma.

Nothing, we didn't find anything that we didn't like.

The sea view room, the short distance to the sea, all services around the hotel (car hire, public transport station, shops and restaurants, the beach)

Overall the experience is ok but the rooms need updating at least in some aspects such as: flooring, AC system cleaning and maintenance or water pressure regulation. Also the pool could have warmer water and the breakfast with more quality products

Bonus point: The rooms where very clean.

We received the smallest rooms in the hotel. No comment, just disappointed, not worth 200 euro per night. AC is too noisy. You can hear everything from the corridor or other rooms. Breakfast was not wow, waiting at breakfast for fried eggs was way too long, sometimes over 15 minutes, from the total stay, only 2 days there was Cava available. Coffee is not the best eighter.
