Location was just amazing! Views from the balcony great. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in :) when we arrived we went to the wrong building, but messaged on booking.com and receptionist Beatriz came to get us. So friendly, explained everything about San Sabastian. We really had an amazing time ! Thank you 🙏
We knew that there are rooms with en-suite but at the time of booking only room with bathroom outside was left. Didn’t effect our stay, to use toilet we had to get out the room but never met anyone in the hall during our stay so wasn’t that bad :) but once again, great place to stay!

We really loved this hotel room. The lady at reception was wonderful. So kind and helpful!
It is really centrally located in the old town of wonderful San Sebastian.
The entrance of the building is a little run down, but the room was great.
There was no air conditioning, but a large fan was provided.

Fantastic location in heart of old town. Pinxtos bars within 2 min walk, beach approx 10 mins. We had room with 3 balconies it was perfect, comfortable bed. Claudia is very helpful and friendly. Little extras of juice and water were left in mini fridge. Hairdryer and toiletries proided along with bath robe and slippers. apartment is in a traditional building which adds to the sense of being in an authentic basque property. We will definitely go back to this accommodation.

Very small the size was on the advertised but I did not notice, it was noisy as near a school and playground. It was a good location and if you were not planning to spend anytime there would be suitable.
