Radisson Blu Boutique Hotel, Madrid Prado

Excellent location in the center of Madrid. Nice boutique hotel. Excellent morning breakfast attended and served by Letitia. Very nice and efficient person. Made it a really good start to the day. Thanks Letitia.

Out at 10 am and back at 3:30 pm and room still not cleaned. When asked at reception, checked out rooms have priority. Second day 10am out and 2:30 pm back. Even having talked to the reception the day before and having put the cleaning sign at the door handle, room was not cleaned. Fortunately there was a person from the hotel on the floor who finally ordered the cleaning service. Ventilation did not work. We mentioned it at the reception. No action was taken. Fortunately you could open the window to let fresh air in. Probably understaffed in personnel. Nevertheless we pay a good price and deserve proper attendance.
