Location, facilities, food, hospitality, activities - absolutely everything was perfect during our stay in the beginning of October.

Cannot think of anything

This was our first experience of an all-inclusive holiday and it was certainly a good one! The range of facilities were fantastic with plenty to do around the resort, the beach was lovely and so convenient and facilities were clean and tidy. The variety of food options were fantastic (we ate way too much!) and as vegetarians we were worried about not having enough selection - this was certainly not the case. We loved being able to book into the various restaurants including the a la carte restaurant and a set menu Greek restaurant. The food at all of the restaurants and snack bars were fantastic - so many options and never a moment in the day where you'd be left hungry waiting for food. I was surprised by the range of alcoholic drinks included in the all-inclusive menu - I was definitely expecting more to be available for an "additional payment". The location of the hotel was exactly what we wanted - 45mins from the airport and Rhodes Old Town, 30mins from Lindos and Antony Quinn Bay, and in a quaint seaside location. Having driven through Faliraki (which was our other option when booking), I was very happy with our decision to stay at Stegna beach. There were lots of pools, activities around the site and my family particularly enjoyed the squash court.

The only downside was that the rooms weren't very well soundproofed. We were often woken up with a late arrival, early departure or just noisy neighbours moving furniture. Luckily we were on the top floor so we only had to contend with the sound of the rooms next door and not rooms above too. Maybe ear plugs might help the light sleepers like myself.

We stayed in the adult-only suites with private pool. Exceptional staff and facilities. With a few tweaks it would easily be a 5 star experience. Our room and private pool were fabulous, the spa facilities were fabulous, the dining experience in the a la carte restaurant was fabulous. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive and very well trained.

1.Stegna beach - not enough sun beds to accommodate the hotel guests so each day would require either a very early morning lounger grab or a very long wait for one to be free. 2. Due to the hotel’s position on the East coast in the shadow of a huge, beautiful rocky mountain, the private pool and patio didn’t get any sun after 2pm and was too cold to use. This may be different in high season - we stayed in the last week of September.

Location, the beach, the sea…some restaurant aurora out of all inclusive good food and super waiters. Buffet also was good.

This is not a 5 stars at allll!! In italy is a 3 plus. The room with poor furniture..flat tv no connected ..few channels only from satellite no pay per view…no ventilation in the bathroom..a lot of mosquitoes…and from restaurant to our building was like to climb Mount Everest..3/4 times a day…price paid was double necessary for this structure..only 5 stars for the personnel.
