Unenviable position with every room looking oud over the golf course and the beautiful countryside.
The carpet in the room was very old indeed, with big patches where all the pile was gone. The carpet was clean though.

Staff very friendly, excellent location, beautiful view from room overlooking golf course.
Room needs updating. Carpet threadbare in places although room was clean.

Location was great for visiting Kent. Food and accomodation was very good and staff were all very friendly and professional. Price paid for the room was great value and it was spacious with nice furniture and a small balcony overlooking the golf course. Would definitely stay there again in this lovely gem of a place.
Late evening room service for snacks would be an added bonus but wasn't an issue for us.

Lady on reception was very kind and friendly.
The conditioner in the room was too noisy so we had to struggle with heat whole night.
