Attentive and friendly staff

Spa facilities not clean and equipment out of order. Paper cups but no water. We had room 201 which was right next to a wedding event, which was noisy with people standing outside our room smoking and laughing while we were trying to sleep. These rooms should only be given to event attendees. There were no coffee beans in the whole building at breakfast ! Food was mostly cold when served.

Room and bed very comfortable . All in all very much enjoyed amenities

Bit disappointed food was not very imaginative. Seemed like Kale was the green and for me it was rather a large portion of dinner Breakfast was very good The room was cleaned beautifully every day. Would have liked a mini fridge.

Everything! It was our first time to stay in all saints resort and we really had a great stay. Arriving to our room, they have kindly left a birthday and anniversary card as I have mentioned that this is the reason of our stay. Spa facility was great, it wasnt too busy so we had a good 2 hours to enjoy everything. Our room was clean and we had the view of the Golf course so it was lovely during sunset time. We had dinner at the view and we love the ambiance of the place. Compliments to the chef for the ribeye steaks! It was worth the money! I would also like to mention the lady that served us on the evening of 2nd of october at the view. She said its was her first shift and we think she really did well! We really appreciate that the telly has proper channels and you have wifi signal!!! That is definitely a plus! And of course, the bed was so comfy, and we had a great night sleep. Just what we needed! And the breakfast was great! So overall, I must say that its one of the best hotel that we have stayed in, in suffolk. So, thank you. x

I think.just the check out time. 11am seems a bit early. I know its only an hour difference compare to other hotels, but it would have been nice to relax a bit more after having breakfast.

I didn’t like the dark pool area, no natural light. Just felt a bit clinical like I was at my local gym. Overall pretty mediocre, it’s not somewhere to experience luxury or be amazed by anything it has on offer. The staff were run off their feet during breakfast time. The owner should employ more staff. Breakfast was ok.
