The hotel was lovely, staff helpful and great location.
Bathroom got very steamed up after a shower and there didn't seem to be a vent/fan and only a tiny window.
Also found the room quite dark and had to put a light on. Light in the hallway to the bathroom didn't work and I couldn't see in the wardrobe

Location was good. Shower was good
Having changed hands the new signage was unnoticeable. It still says Mercure in the sign so we passed it several times looking for Sunday! Found Christmas trimming bits under the bed looking for my dropped earning. Had to put the shower screen back on the runner's. General decor was poor, dark and dingy. Won't return
