Kings Court Hotel Alcester, BW Signature Collection

WHOLE EXPERIENCE

Clean, spacious room and friendly staff

The location was perfect as we wanted to visit Stratford upon Avon but didn't want to be too close to the town. The evening meal was excellent and very good value for money. We thought the drinks were a little bit expensive as they almost came to the same amount as the meal. The car park was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the tea and coffee facilities were perfect as you catered for people who have a preference to decaff. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean and it was good that you supplied body wash and hand-wash for the sink. I would definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The only thing that was disappointing was the buffet breakfast as the food wasn't very hot so by the time you got to the table it was too cold to enjoy. It was ok if you wanted cereal or fruit. The toaster could have worked better as it took a while to toast the breD.

Location. Helpful staff on reception. Dog friendly.

Chaos at breakfast, no pastries, no bread, no hot water for tea, no cups. Cigarette buts in gravel outside room and around tables outside of the bar. Litter around parking area. Room looking tired and in need of redecorating. Been to several BW Signature hotels far superior to this one.
