My now regular go-to when staying overnight in Bristol for concerts. It's the expected standards for its rating, but the staff are always friendly and helpful and the location is pretty convenient, so for my needs and budget it's great. I've got 4 stays booked this year, and am 2 days away from the 3rd with no complaints!
I guess just a bit more signage for finding rooms would be helpful, but there's usually a couple of routes between most rooms and reception, so it's not a major concern.

Location and price
The room was very small, the shower was over the bath, the temperature of the shower was really difficult to set, either piping hot or freezing cold.
