Every thing!! The staff were great, spa wonderful. Room was very clean and well maintained. Grinds are beautiful. Food amazing.

Exceptional property and facilities. Rooms excellent and small customer services touches make this resort a true standout.

Gym facility inadequate for a resort including running machines not functioning. Charges for food and drink x5 times local prices. You expect premium price, but not this much.

A bit pricey in restaurant.

The property itself is truly beautiful, peaceful and very thoughtfully designed. However, we found the overall atmosphere quite cold and overly formal. The service felt very procedural, and we were frequently asked to sign or confirm things throughout the stay. Everything seemed to be carefully monitored, checked and counted, which created a rather unusual feeling for a place where you would normally expect to completely relax. The staff remained professional and polite, but we personally missed a little warmth, spontaneity and the feeling of being on holiday.

A truly beautiful and unique place, but the overall experience felt more controlled and formal than relaxing.
