Danhostel Esbjerg

We weren't quite sure we were staying at a hostel as our stay was so good. From the moment we checked in to checkout. Amazing staff (Elizabeth, thank you) a good sized room with chairs for sitting and end tables. Windows that opened to let in fresh air. Comfy beds. We have stayed at far more expensive hotels that aren't nearly as clean or that offer what the this hostel does. The facility was spotless. Breakfast was good considering it had been ravaged by a large boisterous school group. Actually it was fun seeing how excited the kids were to be on a school trip. We especially appreciated the locked storage shed for our bikes.

Location isn't the best if you are walking. It is about a 30 minute walk to the centre of town. Although there are 2 grocery stores within a 10 minute walk.

Czystość w pokoju i w obiekcie, ogólnodostępna dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, strefy do pracy / odpoczynku. Wygodne łóżka.

Nice looking building. Kitchen to fill up water. Parking

We arrived in the check in time frame but no one there. We were emailed a code in advance. Would have been nice to have someone on reception for info re the area. We had to put our own bed linen on and strip it. The top bunk bed the sides were very low so i was worried my child would fall out and break her neck in the night so we had to take the mattress out and put it on the floor.
