Wonderful location and lovely staff.
The rooms were really big and the beds very comfortable. We loved the pool and the pool bar/restaurant was fabulous. The staff there really looked after us. We did a great snorkel & dive trip from the hotel which was awesome. The men in our group kitesurfed every day as the wind was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel for kitesurfers.
Only one thing.. we weren’t able to get a snack on the kitesurf beach. Though the coffee was much appreciated 👍

The staff was extremely helpful and kind, always ready to help and available. The rooms were large and spacious.
The facilities were a bit old and the quality thus felt degraded.

Property is very nice, several pools, lagoon/sea access, never an issue sourcing sunbeds
Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean
The food is poor for a reputable hotel chain, the main buffet restaurant has limited choice and taste is very bland.
The Italian Ala carte has a limited menu for all inclusive guests. The pool lunch restaurant is however very good
Staff are functional, not overly friendly other than the staff at pool. Entertainment at night is shocking, held in an area on grass, not very comfortable, starts at 9pm finished by 9:45 then animation play music for an hour
