The location for Covent Garden was perfect. On a quiet side street with no traffic

Fantastic location. Very quiet but still in the heart of Covent Garden. It’s a small and old fashion hotel with character, which I love. Staff were friendly and very helpful in storing our luggage.
Apart from the room and bathroom feeling a little tired, there wasn’t much I didn’t like. The stairs and narrow hallway might be an issue to those who struggle in walking or with small children.

Amazing location, good room size and the shower was nice and big which was great. Nice and clean and all the staff were fantastic. I loved the fact that the hotel were more than happy to take care of our luggage for us before checking in and after checking out giving us chance to explore without carrying our bags around. Definitely recommend
The bed was a it hard and uncomfortable - would have benefited from a mattress topper but the bedding was super comfy.
