It was wonderful experience staying at Lotte Hotel
We wanted creamer or Milk for the coffee/ tea which hotel did not provide, while most other even normal hotels also provide,

The staff were very professional. I wouldn’t say friendly. I got a room “upgrade”. Beautiful view at night, though.
Why is reception on the 21st floor?
The room is outdated and boring. Shower looked a littler gross. Disaster struck in the morning. No kettle for coffee but no room service option. Only a breakfast buffet (which the staff themselves say is super busy so we avoided it). They flat out refused to send coffee to our room. Unbelievable for a “5 star” place.
