The hotel is well located for the airport and next door to a mall. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are large. The building is interesting with good views. Huge and comfortable bed.
The hotel could do with some updates- the carpet in my room was old and stained. Plug in the bath didn’t work properly, very weak old hairdryer. The road noise didn’t stop me sleeping but it is loud.

The hotel is right in the center of Lima. The rooms are very comfortable. I liked the view. It was quiet. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom sink and shower. It has 4 elevators.
The staff is a little hard to deal with. I had to make a small change to my reservation and they gave me a hard time.
