Hotel Pelirocco

All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to store our bags just before check in and after check out so we could continue exploring Brighton. The room we had was the Diana Dors themed which was quirky and well lit. Would've loved a couple more books about her on the shelf - we actually didn't know much about her until I started reading her 3rd book that was on the shelf. We saw on their website after booking that prices are better direct which we might test out next time. We definitely plan to go again to try out another themed room. They advertised extras such as massages which was easy to organise and excellent on the day - we pinged a message via Booking.com and they booked it. Great massages! Pretty good location, accessible within 20min walk of most key areas of Brighton. Parking closest at Regency Square looked convenient but we learnt too last minute (on their website) that it was there and parked a 30mins walk away!

The pillows were far too limp, soft, and unsupportive, even with two but otherwise the bedding/ mattress was clean and comfortable. Very minimal amenities wise, which is probably why there's disagreements online with what number of stars this place should be classed as - we felt 3.5 was reflective of the amenities. Doesn't put us off going again though as the quirky room themes are the charm of this place.

Everything, the room was amazing. Loved the decor, private courtyard and entrance in and out. Was so clean and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was lovely and very different! Staff were so helpful and friendly too.

Friendly staff. Quirky room. Very clean. Easy to come and go and not far to walk to the city centre.

The decor, ambiance and the lovely, friendly staff!
