The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was great and they accommodated vegan request. The infinity pool and grounds are really beautiful.
The traditional style suite we were upgraded to was very spacious but hard to cool down during the hot afternoons.

De service is ongeëvenaard. Het personeel deed er alles aan om je een onvergetelijke tijd te bezorgen. Het eten was weliswaar wat duurder dan gemiddeld op Bali maar vers en ontzettend lekker. Ook zijn er veel glutenvrije opties beschikbaar. De Lumbung Suite (Maisonette) was een prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie tuin en groot zwembad met een geweldig uitzicht op de baai.

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately only stayed one night. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. I had a large packed breakfast for the next morning which was good value for money. Room was clean and basic. Would stay here again

pool and hot pool were nice, staff helped a lot with requests
room was dark and next to a mangrove patch full of trash, AC is weak, monkeys stole my dive equipment, no other place to dry stuff than outside, even though they have a jetty they do not allow customers to get picked up there by boats, overall I would t stay again but opt for a locally owned option instead
