Clean, comfortable, easy to get to. All appliances worked. Nicely appointed. Spacious.

The room (22) was spacious, big windows which gives you a reasonably good view, if not spectacular. Room layout was good, bathroom good, beds comfortable, etc. The location is good, it's a slight walk to Katoomba town, but is handy to the highway in both directions. The windows are quite good at keeping out highway noise, but some noise inevitably gets through.
Nothing really. Like any multi-story motel, the upper levels may be a drag for some, going up stairs, but there are three stairways, not just one. It is a distance to Katoomba town (about a kilometre or so) and a good walk, which may not be to everyone's liking.

Friendly, helpful staff.
Very nice room for the money. Would recommend this motel to travellers. Best if you have a vehicle. 5 mins to town. But if you walk it's got some steep hills.it
It was all good.

The room I had was clean & spacious. Very comfortable bed.
Only 2 pillows on the bed. No extra pillows to sleep on.
