Cherish Hue Hotel

Always stay at the Cherish, when in Hue. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, prime location, lovely staff.

This comment isn't just aimed at this hotel, but the majority of hotels. Why 3in1 coffee in the rooms. So many people can't have sugar. Just a thought.

The rooms were a decent size with a balcony. Breakfast was varied and nice. The location was really good and central. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful

I really didn’t like this hotel. I’m sure there must be somewhere better at this price point and maybe even closer to the Imperial City. It’s in need of a big refurb. Room was next to the lift and the walls are so thin/corridors echoey that I felt like people in the corridor were in my room which disrupted my sleep. The shower head moved around while in use so the bathroom got soaked, nails sticking out the tiles of the bath, hard bed. The staff were polite but quite unhelpful when it came to needing a taxi, saying Grab was the only option even when the wait time kept going up. When the doorman saw how stressed I was about maybe missing my bus he easily flagged a cab for me from the roadside so I’m confused why reception couldn’t have suggested this first and helped my stress.
