The property was clean and conveniently located. The room was spacious and the neighbourhood quiet. You could walk to the city center, but we chose to rent a bike from the shop right next door. Best decision ever because the owner was the kindest person we have met there, and it was so convenient to be able to pick and leave the bikes right next to the hostel. Absolutely recommend it if you stay here.

The hotel has a good location: it's a nice ~30 minute walk to both the old city center and the city of sciences. It is also close to the subway and multiple grocery stores. The bed was comfy and it was great that there was a communal fridge and microwave that the guests could use.
The bed was very nice, but the rest of the room and bathroom felt a bit old, dated and run-down. There were some stains on the walls and the toilet was a bit wobbly. Overall, the room and floor could also have been cleaned a bit better.

A large and very comfortable room, a great location, very near to the underground route to/from the airport and quite close to the Oceanario. Very friendly personel, they inform about all in advance and react quickly to all the requests.
