100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·lip 2026
This lovely little hotel in the heart of Whitefield has become my home away from home in Bangalore. I have stayed here several times and I am impressed with the standard of service... most notably the openness to feedback and the subsequent improvements made. I look forward to staying here many more times.

Horrible breakfast - all items in the buffet were cold, no taste for sambhar and worse the service was terrible and unfriendly, waiters were not paying attention, tea took 15 mins to serve.
Revamp dining services. Either train the waiters or get new ones.
Nobody pays attention to service and are more engrossed in chatting.
Front desk staff were good. Nilanjana promptly arranged alternate stay when a booked room was not available due to AC fault.

Please provide accommodation facilities for drivers as well in Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield. Across India, all hotels in India offer basic facilities for drivers, as they are also human beings who deserve proper rest and care. I noticed that only your Whitefield hotel does not have this facility.
