Both the room and location were brilliant. It was central to everything, the bedroom view was spectacular and the staff was friendly and accommodating

The selection and the lack of staff in the restaurant/ breakfast area was very disappointing. Limited selections for breakfast and the staff was not very helpful

The hotel is in a great location, clean rooms and friendly helpful staff.

I was given a room on the first floor and noticed when I checked into the room that there were some earplugs left next to the welcome note. I soon realised why on the first night when I returned to the room. I could hear music from Pink street, which was nearby. I thought maybe this was an exception, but soon realised the second night that it was not. On closer investigation, there is a nightclub/bar underneath the hotel, you can hear everything. The noise went on until around 05:00 all nights during my stay. Even though I was also celebrating a friends birthday for the weekend, it was still difficult to sleep properly. The last evening the a/c in the hotel was off, due to a fault, I asked for and was told there was nothing which could be done. Eventually I persuaded the night receptionist to allow me to use the fan which they had on the reception desk.
