The Crystal Apartments

The stuff were so friendly 😁

Nothing

Dry clean

Staff weren’t friendly.

Everything was great

We took the loft which was noisy when it’s windy

Security

There was no big mirror. When we checked in the other shower stall had dirty wet towels in. The bed in the bedroom my kids slept in the other keg was out. The cleaners need to be inspected after cleaning. The apartment is good but they don’t clean properly. Was looking at the one who cleaned on Friday. She just straightened everything on the bed and didn’t change the pillows cases. We used the pillows for 4 nights. Our towels were folded for re use saying the car that comes to collect laundry had already left though we left the room before 11 am and that was around 2pm. I argued with her to call her supervisor for clean towels. Honestly hygiene is the problem. Under the beds and chairs in the leaving room was very dirty. I would not recommend anyone. But the areas and security is the best.
