It was a fabulous experience staying at the hotel. The members of staff were very nice and friendly. The location is amazing. Highly recommend to book their rooms which have Matterhorn view, totally worth it.

Every member of the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, it was clean, nicely located an easy six minute walk from the train station.
There was nothing we did not like.
