The apartment was well equipped and very clean, comfortable beds and everything we needed provided
The location of the key safe - this was not made clear in the email
Instructions- luckily bumped into a member of staff who showed us where it was and gave clear instructions to parking.

Secure entry in general. Very helpful customer service helped with the niggles of getting my car parked and producing hot water. Comfortable beds and good facilities in general at the apartment. Great location with easy reach of the city centre.
I needed to call the helpline, as no parking fob was in the welcome envelope, despite I have pre-payed the parking. There was no hot water available by default and the customer services needed to navigate through the process of getting the problem fixed.
