Location, staff, lobby and breakfast area
Elevator, only one was working, so we had to wait, or take the stairs. I did not like that they don’t have coffee machine in the room, when I asked for it, they put a charge . No shampoo in the room. Breakfast they charge for anything you order that is not on the buffet.. this is in general. When I complained, they took the charged of the bill

Rooms are spacious, well appointed and equipped with c/usb outlets on either side of the bed, plus plugs which accept practically all international plug types which is really convenient!! The showers are exceptional with great water pressure! Breakfast is really good and the staff very helpful and accomodating! The spa has an incredible stainless steel hot tub made to order which is well worth a visit!!
