Hotel Europe

The location is excellent and there is a nice restaurant just opposite

Breakfast was ok nothing special

We were thrilled with our stay at Hotel Europe. Our room had a big window overlooking the beautiful old town, we couldn't believe the view. We had a dining table, living room and separate bedroom. The suite was spacious and wonderful. The location is right in old town and walkable to everything we wanted to see, and taxis can drop off/pick up right out front. We were so happy that we picked this hotel after looking at several options and can't imagine a better spot in Sarajevo. The breakfast buffet included each morning had a lot of options and went later than most hotels usually offer it (I think until 11).

There is an event venue attached to the hotel that hosted weddings all three nights that we were in town. The music goes late in the night and you can hear it in the room. Since we were so tired from our travels, it didn't interfere with our sleep and we would absolutely return to this hotel.

Extremely good location, friendly stuff and garage.

It is not maintained. For example windows are good but not adjusted appropriately so that the noise from the outside is coming to the room.

The location.

The air conditioning in the room is not working properly. I won’t be surprised if they downgrade the hotel to 4 star instead of 5 star. The lobby, the furniture, the service need to be renovated and improved.
