The position is perfect just a walk from the diagonal tube stop. It is also a beautiful neighbourhood, full of nice restaurants where only locals go!
In the hall there are toys and books for kids, really nice, our 2yo appreciated

Great location and friendly staff
We did not receive an e mail for either the entrance door codes. This prevented us for entering the hotel and it is self check in. We had to locate a Spanish speaker to call and speak to the contact number listed. It didn’t feel like a great start to our break.

Room was even better than the photos and very spacious. Perfect location and not very loud at all. Staff were very helpful every day cleaning and providing new towels.

Location is right in the city center.
There was a sudden blackout that affected the entire apartment, leaving all rooms completely without power. I called the front desk, and a woman assured me that a technician was on the way. After an hour of waiting, nobody showed up, and the front desk completely stopped answering my phone calls.
We were left in the dark with zero support until guests from another room finally located the main breaker box and reset the power for us. We had to solve the hotel's infrastructure problem ourselves. Absolutely terrible service and a complete lack of responsibility.
