Size of the room - was larger than expected.

Free parking. Quiet area. Room was OK
Plastic sheet in bed too noisy.
For the shower you have to stand in the narrow bath.
Water leak from shower on ground.
The interior design is a bit gloomy.

Large rooms, large property, breakfast was ok. Staff on reception desk minimal customer service. Had to ring reception for a few basic requirements.
The spa facilities and the pool etc was not open till 3pm - 10pm. We were out for both of these days so could not use the facilities. We only stayed here for these facilities so very disappointing.

Estero’s Palace Luxury & Spa Hotel looked and felt great as you walked in. We were expecting more than what was available. Staff at the front desk were inattentive at times but the staff at the bar were great and very accommodating. Surprised us one evening with a lovely cheese board. Thank you to the team at the bar. Location is quiet but you need a car to get to cafes and restaurants in town.
Breakfast was not very good, air conditioning did not work and in the heat this was not tolerable. Even though we knew the pool and spa was an additional fee, I would have expected access to the pool to be included in the price of the room.
