Hotel Skjern

Really nice location in center of village . Reception staff , Eva was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was adequate and good with hot and cold choices . Good locked bike storage in a courtyard behind the hotel . Elevator to upper floors . Room immediately above the street but quite quiet at night - most of the time .

Our room #207 was rather small in relation to the other rooms that were in the hotel . The bath was very compact and was a camper type bathroom with the shower immediately along the sink and toilet with only a curtain between the shower head and the toilet . Very awkward and uncomfortable but it appeared that other rooms had been upgraded to allow the shower to be separated with a shower door from the remainder of the room . Almost no space to unpack or for storage and spread out a bit for comfort . I don’t believe that we will stay here again . Very disappointing stay .

I had a really nice room with a good view, nice and clean bathroom and free drinks in the fridge

The elevator doesn’t go higher than the second floor

Quiet location and great breakfast

There was a vague smell in my room

Breakfast was ok. Evening meal excellent BUT very expensive.

Room not cleaned very well. Underlying smell of drains in both rooms. Couldn't get heating to work!
