Very convieniant for a dance competition at the Winter Gardens. Provided a very good value bed & breakfast with friendly helpful staff.
It was fine for what I wanted. My room was up two flights of stairs but, not a problem for me. I was out at the Tower and Winter Gardens most of the time so, it exactly matched my needs. Somebody who wanted to spend a large part of day at the hotel with a sea view, sizable outdoor terrace etc would have to look for a much bigger establishment and obviously be prepared to pay accordingly.

The was small but everything was there. Comfortable bed a powerful shower and it was hot.
The tv was not a Smart Tv, but all the channels you expected.
They topped you coffee and tea, milk, and sugar every day.
The cellar bar was great loads of choices of beers and reasonable
In the bar the tables were a bit low.
