Location is amazing. View from our room was beautiful. Good spacious room. Thick walls, so can't hear the neighbors. After hours check in was fine-as they knew we were after 5pm & had left instructions.
Communication after 5pm is terrible. We were short a towel, rung the after-hours number, spoke to 3 different people, told they would message me & I said happy for it to be left out the door. I also messaged in the app & had no response & still no apology the next day. Who would have ever thought it would be that hard to get a towel for every person that was booked in the room!

Great Pet accommodation. This Motel is in an excellent location for access to the beach, restaurants, club and all you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable. There was a microwave with cutlery and crokery and it had good seating to have a light meal, also a great outdoor area for our small dog which also had seating. Highly recommend this motel if travelling with a small pet. We will definitely be back as we visit the area often.
Nothing to mention here.
