The apartment was spacious, which worked very well for my daughter who was studying for an exam. I also liked the undercover car parking and the aspect from our apartment. A dishwasher is always a plus as is a washing machine. A shout out to the lovely worker who deliver fresh towels and sheets and did the common area cleaning- he was lovely. Also, great proximity to shops and restaurants.
We cooked at the apartment (I suspect not many people do) and I felt there was a lack of utensils, and the crockery could have been improved (although not a big deal for a short stay). Also, while one receptionist I spoke to re booking was fabulous and couldn't have been more helpful, another receptionist I spoke was completely disinterested in my booking, so unhelpful in fact that rather than booking directly - which was my intention I booked via booking.com

Was big enough room for a friend group stay and decent distance to where we needed to go
Was very busy, after hours key collection was questionable. We had people knock at our door at midnight. Didn’t feel safe.
It was also noisy at night, walls very thin and water pipes could be heard of other rooms
