Pleasant staff
The wifi was intermittent.
I didn't realise until now that paying for wifi could be an option

Location
Very dated, no latches on windows, peeling paintwork, blown lightbulbs. When trying to access locked guest laundry around 2pm, the office was also locked, without notice to advise why. After trying twice, we were met with a stern look and comment it was locked for a reason.
On getting access to laundry, a comment was made as to the small amount of laundry we wanted to do. Not the right demeanour when running a motel business dealing with people.

"Third stay here - twice with our dogs & last time as a solo traveller.
Perfect for catching the early ferry sailings as easy run to ports.
Hosts are really lovely & very accommodating."
