I like the restaurant services and the staffs were friendly and helpful. The room is spacious.
It’s located on a very busy street, so it’s noisy. Also the bathroom has no shower curtain so hard to shower without wetting the whole bathroom floor. Also the bathroom has a sewer smell.

The location was probably the best as it is near the MRT station and the bus station.
The room was too dark, and the lighting could have been much better. The bathroom was also quite dark, and the floor was extremely slippery. We almost slipped several times, especially when taking a shower, which made it feel unsafe.
The check-in and check-out process also took too long. I’m not sure why it takes so much time to check customers in and out, but I think the process could be made much faster and more efficient.
