It is the perfect location at the lake! The staff was so friendly, thank you Irene and Karina 😃
The bus station is 1min walk from the hotel and public transport was easy to the train station and to Morshach-Stoos funicular. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all close by.
The super small shower 😄

The breakfast was good, the place was clean and our only problem was no A/C in the middle of a heatwave. Hard to sleep in a hot stuffy room. The window opened wide, but there was no breeze and fan didn't circulate the air at all..Bed was comfy.
Hot and stuffy room when it was hot temps outsie.

Nice space and breakfast, slippers on request.
Both bed lights were not working, as well as one of the wall light.
Also if you stay in annex, you cannot enter the 2nd floor of the main building to enjoy coffee or tea.

"Excellent service! Very helpful with parking directions during festival in Brunnen and coordinating lost baggage delivery from the airport."
