Should have soft ice cream instead of Egyptian products to make the foreigners more interested for it The shows and the music should be more directed to Egyptian civilization and culture to make them more interested

Every thing exceeded our expectations; - Great welcome from the Reception, Mr, Taha Hussein who was gentle and we have a warm welcome, he offered us upgrade to 1 bedroom sweet otherthan the standard room free of charge - There are many restaurants, all of them have different varaties of food, meet, sweets, juices, they are much professional, we were statisfied from the main restaurants - All team of House Keeping (Khaled in Building B) very kind to give you what you need - Aqua Park Life Guards team (Abdulrahman, Ahmed, Abdullah) were much supportive - Towels Man at the Pool, old man who always care about your safety (don't know his name 😔) - Retaurants team, once they see us, they directly go the the table and make it ready for us) One of the best hospitality I have ever met, difenately I I'll repeat again the visit soon during April 2027 😊😊

The resort grounds are absolutely stunning and vibrant—the bright, cheerful colors of the aqua park instantly put a smile on your face, and the entire property is impeccably clean, organized, and filled with glowing positive vibes. Our room was wonderfully comfortable, spotless, and provided a peaceful retreat after a fun-filled day. When it comes to dining, this resort is a true food lover’s paradise! The variety of restaurants is amazing, and the food is undeniably top-tier—so rich, diverse, and ridiculously delicious! Plus, refreshing drinks and beverages are literally around every corner, ensuring you’re always pampered wherever you go. However, the absolute crown jewel of this resort is the staff. The level of respect, genuine warmth, and outstanding hospitality from every single team member across all facilities is beyond extraordinary. A very special shoutout and heartfelt thanks go to Ahmed and Abdelrahman at the Aqua Park for their energy, professionalism, and dedication to safety and fun, as well as Khaled from Housekeeping for keeping our room immaculate with his exceptional care and service. The staff are helpful and wanted to support

The rooms were old, outdated, and in need of maintenance. Several power outlets were loose, protruding from the wall, and did not work, which raised both convenience and safety concerns. It also appeared that the better-maintained rooms were being allocated to certain guests, while others were given older rooms. This created the impression of inconsistent treatment, which was disappointing.
