The staff was friendly and spoke English which made communication easier for my family. They helped us reserve our taxi even kept us in touch about the status after hours. Breakfast was the highlight of my day.

I loved everything. I’m pretty easy to please. I also loved that it was convenient to get to and from the ferry’s ports and lots of places to eat within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lloyd’s Baia Hotel. The highlight for us was definitely the - Sea View room — the view was absolutely beautiful and made every morning and evening feel special. We were also there for San Lorenzo night, which made the stay even more memorable. It was such a lovely evening, with a wonderful atmosphere and the sea in the background. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time and left with great memories. We would happily stay here again.

The only disappointing fact was that despite the that hotel has its own beach, you still have to pay for the sunbeds.

Good location to Vietri. Nice view from balcony and breakfast/ bar areas. (Apart from the rubbish/ ruins/ rusty steelwork)

The staff The most miserable and uninterested bunch I’ve had the misfortune to come across with the exception of the house maid . No interaction with guests as I could see. I speak fluent Italian and some local dialect and basically rude comments were overheard which if I was on the receiving end would have replied in firm and effective terms. The hotel is a little tired and needs an overdue makeover as do the staff. The bedroom I had 377 overlooked the bay but below are unfinished buildings and generally rubbish and rubble. This could be a great hotel but sadly Not. The breakfast is only adequate not what is expected from a 4 ⭐ hotel. Go book somewhere else. If you have already booked I hope you have a better experience and I mean that .
