The property was absolutely beautiful and had so much character. The historic architecture, courtyard, and overall atmosphere made the stay feel very unique and luxurious. The location was also excellent for exploring Cusco, and the property had a very peaceful and relaxing feel despite being so close to everything.

We only stayed one night in Cusco. We arrived late so were unable to enjoy the complimentary pisco sour or hotel spa visit.
The hotel courtyard was very calm and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out there.
We had a ground floor room. The room was quite spacious and charming. That said, our room was warm and we were too tired to see if it could be cooled. Other members of our group were on the second floor and found the room quite comfortable.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was great!

This is an exceptional hotel. Total luxury enhanced by wonderful staff and an abundance of individually created ideas. The courtyard and sittings rooms are breathtakingly beautiful decorated with ceramics, wall hanging and individual pieces. It caters to please and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts and evening meals are bountiful and delicious. It is a few minutes stroll from the main square yet maintains and tranquil calm atmosphere. Don’t miss it!!

The hotel is in an excellent location, with beautiful gardens and a lovely spa
