Melasti Kuta Beach Hotel & Spa

So pretty

Nothing

Great Location, close to waterbom and shopping malls, markets and beach front! Staff were very friendly and helpful! This is an older hotel and value for money so I knew not to expect the Ritz but I was happy with the cleanliness, and everything was in working order.

3 times we had staff accidentally try and enter our room as they were using a room opposite us and some staff thought it was ours! We happened to arrive at a time there was a 3/4 day ceremony going on at the beach in front of our hotel, these celebrations went on until early hours of the morning some nights and was extremely loud keeping g us awake! Out of the control of the hotel and absolutely not the hotel at fault but it was frustrating for a few days until it ended.

the location and the facilities

all excellent

Breakfast over priced

No towels, floors weren't clean, phone never answered
