Surbhi was the most helpful out of all the staff who actually listened to our needs and assist accordingly. The location is ideal. The security guards namely Vijendar were definitely very helpful and greeted us each time we entered and exited each time.
Something that is not so ideal is there are number of people begging for money right outside which makes it a little uncomfortable. The other staff were not very helpful as language was a barrier. We had arrived almost 8 hours late and had asked if we could get complimentary breakfast for a day or 2 which took fair abit of effort. Given we were staying for 9 nights i thought it could have been offered easily.

Room provided to us was in order. The bedsheet were neat & intact
Washroom was clean.
When we entered the room, it appeared that it had been closed and unoccupied for quite some time.
There was a strong musty smell, similar to the odor you notice when a room has remained locked for an extended period.
I requested the staff to inspect and address the issue, but no action was taken.

Good location, other then this not upto the standard of Radisson Blu other branches
Staff response is very poor particularly request to supply water bottles from them 4 times from 8pm to 11.45pm but they never provided until checked out , expect security guards those worked with in night shifts very helpful
