The hotel was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. Air conditioning was good and not too noisy. Food and drink were exceptional. Staff were incredible, they could not have been more helpful

A little bit of paradise on Colva beach. Beautiful property, lovely staff and plenty to do, or not, as you prefer. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!
Restaurants are quite expensive

The beach was within walking distance and very well-maintained. The sunset views were mesmerising. Also, the food at the Beleza restaurant was superb.
Ordered a Goan Fish Curry; it had an overpowering coconut taste. Could be improved.

The good layout and park like gardens and two large swimming pools with direct beach access.
The balcony was very dusty and we could not sit out there. The stray cats were troublesome at the outdoor dinning near the beach
