Avana Suites

Very spacious. Near main road but couldn't hear traffic well. Good size fridge and freezer big enough and freezes things.

No do not disturb for door. Receptionist run off her feet therefore can be sharp and accent makes it very hard to understand Only motel out of 9 around NZ where my cards wouldn't work online causing my booking to be cancelled. Booking.com took the money out but motel had no notification therefore I had to rebook and pay for room again. Rather expensive at $280/night. I ended up paying cash. Noticed when checking in couple before me cards wouldn't work. Might need system looked at.

Cheaper and very nearly to embassy

Good location for work. Affordable.

A little tired looking rooms but ok for the price.

Was a decent place to just bed down for a night. Clean enough n tidy

Lady at reception was rather blunt when checking in Told me the rm number n gave me the key. Had to ask where the unit is as its quite a spread out property. Rather than deal with me at the counter, she chose to go into an office n call out to me from there. Not too professional.
