It was just what we needed after a busy day. Fantastic room (we were upgraded), great food in the restaurant, great bar and really good sleep. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was good. Enjoyed everything from the moment we arrived.
The full english breakfast didn’t appear to be freshly cooked. Everything else on the breakfast menu was great, as was the server.

Hotel in convenient location in centre of Warwick . Room was decorated to good standard, and bathroom was very clean with good quality shower gel and shampoo. Had excellent breakfast - good choice of hot meals, and generous proportion served. Coffee was excellent .
Staff were efficient .
Mattress was rather firm . No waste bin in the bedroom.

Recent refurbishment. Room was very nice. Great central location but quiet. Staff were great.

Beautifully done, ultra clean and new.
A noise - it beeped at us all night. My husband hardly slept. It’s coming from a boxed area linked to the aircon, but even when that is switched off - the beep continued. To be fair, earplugs would have solved the issue, we just weren’t prepared.
