I stayed here for a short trip to Belval and it was perfect for what I needed. The location is excellent! Very close to the university, the shopping centre, restaurants, and directly opposite the train station, which made getting around really easy. For a short stay it had everything I needed! I was very happy with my experience and the staff was super helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Belval.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right next to the Rockhal and very convenient if you need to be in Belval or are attending an event there. Everything you need in the area is easy to reach. The room was functional, and everything that needed to work did work.
The room was rather small and felt quite basic. The bathroom was particularly unusual: it is plastic cabin placed inside the room, with a strong camping-style impression. It was functional and everything worked, but compared with what I would normally expect from a hotel bathroom, it felt rather cheap. The staff were correct, but the welcome felt quite impersonal, more like being processed than genuinely received.

The location is great if you're visiting a student/friend/family member, as we did. The area itself is of little note. The staff were all, without exception, wonderful - helpful, friendly, professional. The baby travel cot was brand new.
The amenities are basic to non-existent. I'm used to British Ibis and was expecting at least a kettle and tea, but no such luck. Parking in the neighbourhood is extremely expensive and not connected to the hotel - it would be nice to have been able to park in the building's garage. Our room was right next to the lift, which is always a little tedious - though admittedly we got lucky and didn't have much traffic pass our room.
