The staff members were friedly, and the room was clean.
When I heard the buffet breakfast I thought there will be bacons, eggs, sausages e.t.c. I was kind of disappointed when I saw that there is nothing of that nature. Maybe if you can add a little bit of those please for people who are not on healthy diet.

If you like to stay at a friendly, comfortable and aware place in Cape Town, Gardens, please do! They are kind people and the location is perfect. We've had a beautiful stay at Villa Viva, and through them we contributed to a good cause!

I love the place. I love the view. The fee if right.
I didnt like the fact that my room didnt have a table and a chair. Oit side bathrooms are a challenge. We are not all aware of hygiene.
