Thermae Boetfort Hotel

Pleasant room in the refurbished old building quite a walk from the reception. The facilities and vibe of the spa were excellent.

The atmosphere, the staff, the room, plenty of choice for Dinner and Breakfast, location

I/we were looking forward to using the pools, tubs etc. But when we arrived we saw that you couldn't wear swim shorts for the men and there was no way my husband was going to wear what you were telling men to wear. My husband is very self concious as it is. And i went out and bought a cheap tankini because i forgot mine at home. So couldn't partake in those facilities. Only other small issue was the toilet in room was very low and as disabled made it a little difficult.

The wellness part was excellent. The facilities were great. Nicely decorated for valentines with the charm of the castle. The staff were very nice.

For the hotel: The room itself was clean but the beds were not of good quality. Also, the walls were thin so we could hear other guests during valentines day… For the resto: The restaurant was very pricey for the quality and service. The salmon was overcooked even when i asked for a “mi-cuit” and the staff was not very welcoming.
