I cannot fault this property. The rooms and facilities were fantastic. Views were amazing. I rate the breakfast 10/10. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We have nothing to unlike, we love the views from our room #70.. My husband likes the free ride going to the reception from the building where our room is.

Just the aircon/heater, it’s a bit noisy. Other than that it was all good.

Clean and lovely surrounding, quiet- so definitely get a good night sleep. Super close to hot springs and local things.

We liked everything. The only thing staff could be more aware of the holding deposit which is taken from your card during your stay. We have been told it will be taken and refunded after 3-5 budiness days. When I call up week after it was mentioned that it is only holding deposit and return straight away without being taken off.

Location. Rooms were clean and confortable. Staff were very helpful.

As a Gold member, I could not book via Accor app (No availability) Had to book via Booking.com (which had availability!!) and i dont get Accor points !!!. No restaurant for wedding anniversary dinner. Bar closed early on Saturday night. Rooms a bit dated. No USB charging outlets. On Sunday morning, of the 4 EV Charging spots one was broken and another was unavailable because it was used as a parking spot. Could not pay for breakfast using an Accor gift card. Overall for the cost, not value for money
