We had an exceptional stay here. Your own Casita, your private plunge pool and the whole concept is very unique and fits the whole location in the heart of the Colca Canyon. We loved the baby Alpakas wandering the property during specific times. Also during the night a staff member set up our own fireplace, which made the whole experience even more unique.

Posto magico, situato nel Colca Canyon. Le stanze sono bellissime, in pratica delle mini ville con bagni enormi e piscina privata nel patio.
Il ristorante è buonissimo, la colazione favolosa, veramente eccellente.
Ambiente molto cozy, ci si rilassa alla grande. Ci sono anche degli animali che girano nel parco, alcuni sputano (attenzione).
Non c'è nemmeno una palestra, possibile?! Da rivedere, incredibile che un Belmond da oltre mille euro a notte non dia la possibilità di allenarsi. COSTRUITE UNA PALESTRA ATTREZZATA E DI LIVELLO.
Devono migliorare le attività da poter svolgere durante il soggiorno, dopo due notti non c'è più nulla da fare.

Cama boa bom café da manhã e funcionários atenciosos .
Banheiro das casas não são aquecidas e a noite é muito frio .
A piscina lado de fora deveria ter mais cuidado pois fomos tomar banho tinha plástico dentro .
A distância da casa 15 onde ficamos até o café e jantar é razoável e com altitude não é fácil e o carinho eu fiz uma reserva para manhã senguinte foi confirmado mas não foi nos pegar .

Great breakfast and dinner. Very nice design of rooms and great gardens. Very friendly and professional staff. Lovely activities with Lama feeding and horse riding.
No hot water in the first room we had. In the second room we only had hot water for shower, not the sink.
Very cold bathrooms, heating was not working in two different Casitas, so they added additional electric heating systems.
Outside pool was too cold to use it.
Not really cosy atmosphere in all areas of the hotel (i.e. quite cold).
Bad value for money when compared with other luxury resorts in Peru.
