A very interesting place in a great location right at the Genoa port. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good and in a real palace-like room.

The hotel is inside a beautiful old palazzo in a great location for exploring the Centro historico and Porto antico.
It’s quite noisy at night !
The breakfast room is situated up on the next floor. It is beautiful but the breakfast is only fair and the waiter on duty in there was very officious and not at all welcoming.

Difficult to find- Parking very difficult and insecure under a flyover! No tea/coffee facilities in room. Rough area near the docks of Genoa-and worst of all, we were charged for two rooms instead of one!
Website site let us down! Reception area locked up at night and rooms on opposite side of the property- felt unsafe! Access to Hotel very difficult to find!!
